Diane currently serves as Managing Director at FTI consulting, where she focuses on evaluating private and public health care organizations for quality, compliance and the development of cost effective, equitable, person-centered health care. Prior to joining FTI Diane spent 30+ years as a provider and an executive leader in managed care organizations including Point32Health, Wellsense, Highmark and Aetna where she led the clinical business strategy and operations for physical and behavioral health care management, utilization management, clinical quality, and pharmacy services across ambulatory, hospital, post-acute-SNF & PAC-BH and home care sites of service. Prior to her managed care leadership positions, she was the Vice President of Nursing at Harvard Vanguard/Atrius where she led the development of and practiced in a chronic care/congestive heart failure program.
Diane has a B.S in Nursing from Montana State University, an MPH from Boston University and an MSN/Geriatric NP from Simmons College. She holds certificates from Harvard Business School, Wharton and Georgetown University.
