Our clinic is open to gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men, transgender and gender diverse people, and their partners. The clinic is located on the 4th floor of 1340 Boylston St, Boston.

If you are not already an established patient of Fenway Health, please call the registration line at 617.927.6100 before coming to the clinic for a smoother check-in process.

Our clinic operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that hours and availability may vary depending on clinical capacity and patient volume. We strive to see all patients; however, wait times can fluctuate, especially during busy periods. Check-in typically closes 30 minutes before the posted clinic end time, and we may be unable to accommodate patients who arrive within the final hour of operation. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

At Fenway Health, we remain committed to providing high-quality, affirming sexual health services. 

  • Clinical services through Fenway’s Sexual Health Clinic are provided with no out of pocket costs to the patient. However, we will bill your insurance if you have it.
  • Note that if you receive lab work through Quest Labs, they will run your insurance. You are responsible for any expenses incurred through Quest Labs.
  • The Department of Public Health State Lab will bill insurance if you have it.
  • If you have any concerns about your insurance status, confidentiality, or your ability to pay for Quest labs, please speak to a member of our team.

NO ONE IS DENIED SERVICES BECAUSE OF THEIR INABILITY TO PAY

What if I don’t have insurance?  Fenway’s Sexual Health Program has grant funding to provide care for people without insurance free-of-charge.  As part of your visit today, our Navigators can assist you in applying for insurance.

What if I have insurance but I do not want to use it? Please speak with a member of the team to see what options are available for you.

What if I have concerns about confidentiality with my insurance? If you have concerns about privacy and confidentiality, clinic staff are happy to show you how to call your insurance company to request that your visit remain confidential.

Patients can use MyChart to request prescription refills and referrals online, schedule appointments, and communicate with some providers.
