- Do I need an appointment? No! — Just walk in during the Contraceptive clinic hours. (See above^) If you prefer an appointment on a different day, please call us at 617.927.6299.
- Is this care confidential? Yes! We prioritize confidentiality. If you have concerns about billing or communication, let us know.
- I’m trans or non-binary — will staff be respectful? Yes. Our team is trained in gender-affirming care. Tell us your name and pronouns, and we will honor them.
- What if I want an IUD or implant?
- We offer same-day counseling and same-day starts, unless medically contraindicated.
- Some procedures may require scheduling — our staff will explain your options.
