Online Appointment Scheduling Is Back and Better Than Ever!
To schedule a new medical sick visit or follow-up appointment, please log in to your MyChart account. If you don’t have an account, follow the instructions below to request an activation code.
Most of our primary care clinicians are live on direct scheduling and eligible providers will prompt you to pick a timeslot and schedule an appointment. If you select someone not yet live on direct scheduling, you will be prompted to send a MyChart appointment request message.
Online scheduling through MyChart is available for:
- Office visits/sick visits
- Reproductive Health office visits
- Follow ups
- Annual physicals
- Primary care video visits (NEW!)
Please send an appointment request message through MyChart or call 617.927.6000 to book the following appointments:
- Reproductive health video visits
- Telephone appointments
- High resolution anoscopy (HRA)
- Testopel
- Other specialty visits
- Behavioral Health Visits
- More than 90% of Fenway Health primary care providers are available for online booking. If you don’t see your provider, check back as we will be adding more in the weeks ahead. In the meantime, you can make an appointment by sending an appointment request message through MyChart or calling 617.927.6000.

- You can book appointments up to three months in advance.
- Parents can book appointments for their minor children up to age 11 years old. Patients 12 years and older can book their own appointments if they have a MyChart account.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or any of the following symptoms, please call our appointment line at 617.927.6000 to be triaged by a nurse:
- Heavy Bleeding (vaginal or other)
- Allergic Reactions/Throat Swelling
- Sudden/Severe Pain or Headache/Migraine
- Chest Pain/Pressure, Irregular Heartbeat/Palpitations, Trouble Breathing
- Accident-Related Injury
- Assault/Hate Crime/Domestic Abuse/Rape
- Emergency Birth Control
- Animal Bite
- Loss of Consciousness/Fainting/Confusion/Concussion
- Seizure/Stroke/TIA
- Sudden changes in vision/loss of sight
- Suicidal or Homicidal thoughts
- Medication overdose or poison digestion concerns
- Broken/dislocated limbs/Blue, cold, or numb extremities
- Vomiting or diarrhea for 3 or more days
- During pregnancy, any of the following: Miscarriage, High Blood Pressure, Bleeding/Cramping, UTI, Fever, Falls/Injury, and/or Broken Water
